This project in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina focused on restoring and enhancing existing hardwood flooring through a complete sanding and refinishing process, combined with updated trim installation.
Our team carefully removed the existing shoe molding, preparing the perimeter for refinishing work. The hardwood floors were then professionally sanded to remove wear, surface damage, and previous finishes, allowing the natural beauty of the wood to be restored.
After sanding, we applied a high-quality refinishing system to protect the flooring and bring out a rich, clean finish suitable for coastal environments.
To complete the project, we installed new shoe molding trim, providing a clean transition between the flooring and baseboards and delivering a polished, finished appearance.
